When the Smart routing re-routes the order from one exchange to another, the cancellation fee is NOT charged. Only user initiated cancellations and modifications result in the fee accrual.
Thank you . Hope u are right , cause I have nowhere to check this since ib doesn't send a list of cancellations made and charged, only the sum.. So there's no way to check.. Hope ib has a reason for this..and hope this changes one day...
