IB: an apology, proof their is a god

    Dear IB Trader,



    It was a wild week. Traders that tried to call in at peak times may have experienced long delays. We apologize for this inconvenience and would like to provide the following suggestions to receive better, faster service.



    1. Please spend a few minutes to read our Tips For Best Service which are located here.



    2. When calling to speak with a customer support representative, please spend a few extra seconds to choose the correct menu point on the phone system. We estimate that more than 60% of the call delays are due to incorrect que selection with calls piling into the first menu option heard.



    We appreciate your taking the time to read this message and hope that this information will assist with providing the best and quickest support for all of your questions and concerns.
