A few months ago I signed up with Interactive Brokers because they purported to offer after-hour and pre-market trading, but so far my experience of these features is entirely unsatisfactory. In short, Iâve not managed to get any AH or PM order filled so far with IB. For instance, I tried to unload AAPL when it rocketed after its earnings report, but it never get filled even when I set a lower price limit and waited for the entire AH duration. Same thing happened in the PM trading, and it wasnât a large order even only a few hundred shares. I was wondering have other retail traders managed to trade AH and PM successfully with IB? Or can someone recommend a more reliable broker with AH and PM trading. Thanks.
