Who is running advisor accounts at IB? If you do please include a URL if you have a site, and indicate what is needed to open such accounts. I understand that if number of subscriber is less than 15, nothing is needed. Also indicate your compensation structure, and any other suggestions/comments both from point of view of subscribers as well as from someone who might be interested into starting such an account.
