IB account requirements?

Aloha, This post was posted on the misc.invest.futures. Can somebody please help this trader out.

1. is IB suitable for small number of trades. (60- 90 per qtr) ?
2. do they provide services for Non US customers. ?
3. Will dialup work with the TWS. ?
