IB account mix up, common?

  1. I have experienced this a few times, l have 2 accounts in IB, U8200 and U8281, earlier on today wanted to do a TSLA combo trade, U8281 would not have enough EWL, however U8200 would. it showed the EWL for U8281, the insufficient account , even when U8200 was selected several times, l had then switched back and forth hoping it would go through, but it still refused giving the EWL insufficieny number of U8281. please comment

    I would look in the mirror, first. I have handled multiple accounts on TWS for years, and *still* double- and triple-check the account roller, and still make mistakes (or attempt to, but get stopped by TWS).....

I am more than positive that U8200, which has adequate EWL to do the trade was selected, its number appears on top LHS, not in screen shot above. l posted a ticket to IB about it, see what they say.. but surprised no one else has experienced this. yes l have also made fat finger mistakes, but this is most certainly IB's problem
