IB access to obscure stock exchanges

Hello,

Does IB have access to small exchanges like Dhaka or Ho Chi Minh, or anything similarly small?

Where can I find a complete list of equity markets that IB provides access to?

No - they are not approved by the S.E.C. for U.S. residents so no broker can offer them.
