    The Nasdaq keeps rising, the bot keeps trading. This is the situation as of yesterday's close.

    Hardware situation: the support of the CPU heat sink broke, so I have to keep the trading bot computer box horizontal to prevent the heat sink from falling down.

    Waiting for eBay to deliver a new support.

    Why is the bot holding 4 positions on the same strategy? Is it optimized for number of concurrent positions to scale in and out

    Yes, when certain conditions repeat themselves, the algo adds new positions, up to five max.

    your algo has a stronger bias for longs right?
    does it ever hold naked shorts?
    Is the algo symmetrical for shorts and longs in terms of stop loss, profit targets
