Well, that's it. People always talk about it, but who has actually shorted both the bear and bull side of a triple ETF and won?

 

I did and lost TNA,TZA.

Would have won in a down or sideways market

 

they outperform to the downside so make sure you pick the right time to short the pair

It can be done . I've made a paper profit backtesting. The one time I tried it live it didnt work out.

I havent explored this lately but I'm sure there is an ideal way to enter this trade.
