    It's not a bad omen.

When AMP receives the funds they will send you an e-mail, but even that can be delayed. One thing that is not delayed is the trading account itself.

Did you log into your trading platform and check your account balance? Don't go by the website's client portal, that can be delayed.

Confirmed. We post new deposits all day (Wires, ACHs and Checks) and yes, as soon as the funds are received by AMP, we post to our customers accounts and send an automated email confirmation.

@HomelyWizzard - PM your AMP account number. We will research

Banksters love to play with the 3 day float. And when you ask them about your money they tell you they are "processing" your bank transfer.

In reality a bank transfer (ACH or wire) travels at the speed of light, so what the hell is there to "process"?

  9. The "delay" is because the bank is earning FREE interest income on YOUR MONEY, on a daily basis.

Interactive Brokers gives its clients one single free wire, per month (and it hits my bank account within 24 hours). Since I am based overseas, I cannot use USA ACH transfers. But monthly free wires (which would normally cost $85-$100 bucks), are pretty much all I need...
