Speaking Italian would be an advantage if you were in fashion, food service but in finance, capital markets hardly... Join a prop firm ECHOtrade, Bright Trading etc., learn a bit about trading and then start sending out applications, given your computer background someone may take a crack at you but, don't be dissappointed if they don't, its a very competitive field.
