    Sounds like a great place to live /if one wants to stay there all the time/rest of life. Best to pay cash\not that i would want to pay that for a home ,even with my financial goals exceeded.
    I like the idea of a home with 10or 100 acres/lower property taxes .
    Some body has to pay topping price+ excess property taxes\not me.
    Of course if prices jump to 7 million,may never get out========not a prediction.I have bought plenty of overpriced stuff so \takes all kinds to make a market.....................................................

  4. If you qualify for a mortgage from a bank it's best to get a mortgage. A 5-year term is only 1.39%.

    Yup, that's a good idea, if he's ready to do it on a loan. At times, people aren't that willing to borrow funds.
