This is a problem the Democrats have. Why go out on a platform and claim to protect undocumented aliens who snuck into the country and who also don't vote and are not the people you need to sway in an election. This is where the Dems really alientate a large section of the non coastal part of the country (specifically ones who are actually dealing with the problem directly rather than sitting on money far from the problem). This is why Trump was able to win with lies, because the topic of the lies were focused on issues people cared about, jobs, trade, foreign policy while HRC screamed "pussy grabber" and save the undocumented. Not saying immigration does not need to be addressed but why is the platform targeted at non U.S. citizens in an election haha.
eh, Bernie's been pretty quiet on immigration and has been pretty vocal on policy for Americans. You can't expect him to do a 180 on the democratic platform on immigration the few times he addresses the issue
The question is why is the Democrastic platofrm putting protection for undocumented people up front. I can see DACA and reforming laws and asylum but that message does not work outside of diehard Dems already voting Dem. The guys response to Bernie was crude but it is the truth in how many feel.
