I turned 50 today. How did you feel when you hit this number...

I guess I'm just a down home Wisconsin guy who wants a companion my own age. We might not have sex often, but we are great together. How did this turn into a Dr Ruth podcast? Lol.

  3. Age is just a number.

A man is as young as the woman he feels.

  4. These numbers never meant much to me. 40, 50, even 60. I felt fine and always had bigger and better plans for the future. 65 was kind of a mind fuck when I actually saw that Medicare card with my name on it, but it passed. Other than some physical limitations I still have bigger and better plans for the future. One day some of them might actually work out.;)

Go for both, companionship and torrential sex, Your Excellency

Which way would you rather go? (the million $ closing question that never fails in any walk of life, why would it fail here? :))

Like these 50-yr olds? all top of the line in their halcyon days but now loaded to the hilt with baggage and drier than the Sahara desert with no oasis in sight

First off let me say happy birthday second I believe we are only as old as we feel.
I will be 46 in a few days I'm more active now and probably in better shape than I was 5 years ago. I also have learned to take things as they come a not worry about things I cant control.

I'm getting in better shape, as well. Was around 230 at the beginning of the year. Around 210 now.

I'm also trying to learn to just go with it and not push too hard. I believe you will get there faster if you are patient and disciplined while still working hard. The balance is hard to find.

And thank you for sticking to the point of the thread, unlike some perverts.
