They say if you are over 60 you should never trust a fart.

  3. Try mixing milk with Starbucks bottled frappaccino and drinking the whole mix in one sitting. Odds are, you’ll do a “Nadler”, regardless of age.

Never had lactose problems but I know that six bongs of purple haze taken real fast caused me to empty my entire large and small intestine and there was so much acid I burned my ring pretty bad for real. Except for lingering hole pain it was an elating feeling being so completely cleansed.

That was the beginning of a very odd weekend. I was dating a fetish model in London and stoned out of my mind at a level I'd never been before was sent into a biker's den, a properly dangerous Northern Ireland biker gang in London, to buy 250 Ebenezer Scrooges for a girlfriend of my girl. I remember that went surprisingly smoothly but don't remember the taxi.. So next I'm sitting there trying to figure out why a music video was offering me a French fry realising no, that is actually Marilyn and Dita Von Tease at the table (friend of my girl). It got weirder and weirder.. All the while though through drink and improbable quantities of drugs my bung hole felt like the melted through decks in the movie Alien.

Had it not been for the discomfort I'd have forgotten most of that long weekend :)

Hydroxychloroquine + Azithromycin therapy at a higher dose improved survival by nearly 200% in ventilated COVID patients
    https://www.news-medical.net/news/2...early-20025-in-ventilated-COVID-patients.aspx

With every log increase in the cumulative dose of HCQ, the mortality rate fell by 1.12 times, such that at 3 g HCQ, survival odds rose by 2.5 times.

When given together with AZM, the benefit was still more significant. Chances of survival increased further. Among those who received both > 3g HCQ and >1g AZM, almost half survived, compared to one in seven (16%) among patients who received one of these drugs at the same dosages.

No one in their right mind would bother with these questionable therapies if they had access to monoclonal antibodies and dexamethasone, which in the U.S. we do. Too bad they did not give HCQ to the Donald at Walter Reed, rather than Monoclonal Antibodies. Had they they done the right thing and given him the drug he was pushing as a COVID cure, he might have been dead long ago. Now we are stuck with that JACKASS.

Trump has great instincts and has very specific reasons for each of his picks. I trust Trump. Let's let this play out.

That Cabinet heads don't set policy. At best they advise the President, especially one like Trump. They do what they are told and their job is to make it happen. So Hegzeth (or whatever his name is), Kennedy, Noem, ... all of em.... all there as names on a list.... they may and probably will provide advice, but in the end Trump dictates what they (and their underlings) do. That's why he fired so many the 1st time around. Especially those generals. They weren't used to being told what to do.
