Not sure what fundamentals you're looking at, but here's their most recent cash flow statement, and this is what I call a disaster. A fool and his money is soon parted.
The best part is that those "fundamentals" come from 2012, which is apparently the last time they bothered to let investors know what the company was doing. That kind of looks like the cashflow for my house. Of course my house doesn't have a $9M market cap! They've certainly got a great pump and dump operation going, lots of news releases with breathless predictions. The CEO, Shital Parikh Mars, must have picked that skill up when getting his degree from the University of Phoenix, he sure as heck hasn't worked a day in the pharma field where this company allegedly does business. It's good to see that although ET posters often disagree, we all agree on exposing frauds like this chump. Why or why can't we short penny stocks!
