Funny how you didn't post the yahoo link for major holders..I wonder is that because there are none Bye bye Jonathan J_S
what?? the sotck is trading under 4 cents what major holder would there be?? Are you serious?? what you think warren buffet is gonna be interested in this??
Whole point Jonathan! A very simple lesson for those who dabble in penny stocks, that being, never buy shares in any stock that does not have large institutional holdings, for, the chances of it going bust soon, are far less than the likes of this thing. Here is a good example. Compare it to this thing Jonathan is talking about! https://finance.yahoo.com/q/mh?s=DNR+Major+Holders Bye bye. J_S
Just a piece of advice. I wouldn't be caught advertising penny stocks on the Internet. I'm no lawyer or expert on SEC laws but the last thing you want is the SEC knocking on your door and getting involved in a pump and dump investigation. It's happened before.
OMG PEOPLE!! look at the fundamentals and the articles coming out about this company. This is the only reason why i would tak a look into this company., Just because a company doesnt have large institutional buyers doesnt mean that someone can make a rational decision about a penny stock. Are you telling me that every penny stock that actually did do well always had large institutional buyers backing them?>???And DNR is not a penny stock nor was it when a year ago. A year or two ago it was actually somewhat of a good company.
Besides large institutional buyers are right now betting that oil ahs bottomed out and that they will rise soon. Thats why DNR might be in play. They think that buying this company at a cheap price will be significantly profitable when oil prices begin to stabilize, which i have no idea why in the world that would want to take that bet considering it might be a long time until that begins to happen.
Cheap shit is cheap for a reason..I don't know much about otc (and stocks in general) but I think statistically you have better chances not to kill yourself in a process of investing by going "regular"way. I mean- how many successful companies you know that went up from otc to a regular exchange and so on? Vs how many went from regular exchange to otc and die there?
I hope that you enjoy the company of others on my IGNORE LIST. You'll get 30 minutes a day of exercise in the Pump and Dump yard, I serve rice and beans every evening at 6PM, and reruns of I Love Lucy at midnight. Other than that, you're on your own. Good luck.
When I was doing research on Hedge fund, a number of journals report that Hedge fund do whatever they can do to drive up prices of small cap stocks ...so a small cap stock without large institutional investors can imply that it has not much value. It was reported when hedge fund buys a small cap stock it attracts investors (cash inflows) from other passive institutional investors like mutual fund cos they believe hedge fund investment contains future price movement. I think that's J_Smith is trying to tell you.
