  1. What?? More pithy crap. Save it pal, you don't know me and i don't give a shit.

I ended up making a ton in this trade, i'm just shocked that it happened as quickly as it did.

  3. LOL I agree, he is a whacko flip-flopper.

You got stopped out, I thought you would. TIE is in a class of its own which is why I left it alone on an intraday basis over 6 months ago. Now I think I will leave it alone period. Too much craziness going on with that company and the whole sector (a whooping 3 companies).

Stock needs to cool off. Long term is possibly up thanks to asset inflation. In terms of titanium, the cycle is near the top, demand has pretty much hit its high. What I would like to see is whether the whole sector will go down the sh*thole like it did before. Who knows, really depends on what happens with the airline industry, how much of an effect will China & India have on airline travel, defense concerns, rocketry and the direction of the hip & joint replacement technology.

At this point I have no idea, if anything, I think it makes sense to play volatility in TIE, RTI and ATI through options. Not an expert on that, maybe I'll do more research on it.

    agree tie is great trading...
i agree writting the puts on the last few days has been good.
I had calls and a short position..
started my long position a little early but the premium from writting the 30puts balances out the position..
puts trade average just over 31..

i thought the balance of the drop from 34-45 would happen tomorrow with expiry not the whole 8dollars in a day..

    love the energy...

    good luck with your trades..

  7. Wow I guess you are a super trader that never makes a mistake and is right 100% of the time. Hard to tell from your posts and the numerous positions you take in all direction, becoming instantly short the second the stock turns.

I need those powers, which website did you purchase em from?

  8. TIE is reaching its 50MA.

    Is it going to rebounce?

But if Dow keeps doing bad, the chance seems slight.
