Why do they say it's going to rain, and then it doesn't? Or they say it will be sunny, and it rains. Or they say the high for the day will be 70 degrees, and it's 75 degrees already?
"It never rains in Southern California" they actually made a song around those lyrics, so what happens in the North East doesn't carry through across the country, and perhaps that's a good thing, as the markets still trade...
