Congress and the presidency were never supposed to be career positions. I don't think wanting a return to the way things were supposed to be, perhaps with 300 more congress members to accurately represent the congressperson/population ratio, is morally bankrupt. If we do want America to be America, then I think electing regular Joes into power is actually the morally righteous thing to do. Orange man isn't a regular Joe, but at least it was a good start. It'll take some refinement but I think continuing down this path of pushing out career politicians and bringing in new, younger (ideally), people is actually the right way to go. Expecting things to be seamless with the first non-professional politician elected since Reagan is really just naivety. This was a fantastic learning experience and both parties can take away something very important from this. The people don't want career politicians. Even the democrats saw non-career politicians being elected into positions after Trump. You can't deny that effect.

Let us know when you grow up, When I said you must be young and stupid the other day, I was being genuine in my opinion. There is something off about you, and you are too arrogant to even consider the possibility.

ok, so you want to continue supporting a con-man & one of the most corrupt crooks in America's living memory as president because he's a "non-politician"; like I said, congrats on your moral bankruptcy goals of 2021 and beyond.

Lets face it, if Biden is ahead in the polls by 12 points or whatever it is... its not Biden, its Trump.

Biden 100% sucks. The guy REALLY does. I mean tbh, the Dems could have run absolutely ANYONE and the polls would be right where they are now.
Its fucking ridiculous. Shit-can Biden... put your money where mouth is, get over the fucking fear of running a gay thing... and run Buttigieg. Someone with some brains, some youth, some vision, a vet... wtf. Oh I forgot... blacks won't vote for a gay person. Well maybe they would if you put someone with some balls out there that can handle the criticism.

Biden.... omfg.... I'm just keeping it real.... he has accomplished ZERO. And now he's senile. It just goes to show you how f'd up the system really is.

Anybody but Trump will win. This is the easiest election to call in many years. Biden is just a centerpiece figure. He can't possibly surround himself with a worse crew then the motley crew Trump found/fired.

I don't think that's true. Dems running someone from the "squad" right now would give Trump a huge chance, even an advantage. Anyone advocating abolishing the police, and/or paying reparations to "blacks", would never win.

What did Trump accomplish? His voters elevated him in large part for his business acumen, which doesn't actually exist.

That's just a repeat of the smear campaign against H. Clinton. And it's bullshit. He may not be the best imaginable candidate, but one can bet that he'll surround himself not with family members, but actual experts and the experienced. Yeah yeah, I know, the experts don't know anything, the average Joe knows more, etc.
