I think I found working stock trading system

Hey if it works, that's pretty good. A stockpicking system for earnings with 80% success rate.

 

Post editing has a 30 minute window, after that, cannot edit. (Either 30 or 60, thinking its 30).
How many trades per year would this system pick? Is it any stock making earnings announcements?
Are you trading real money on these picks?
How many years you been trading and how long since you discovered this method?

if your system only tests buy signal, how can you rule out the influence of general bull trend in the last 10 years?

No it's a 60-min. window. I know because I use it often.

 

Does it go long only? If yes, what sample size did you use to backtest? I smell bull market bias.

 

I was trading something like this in years past based on painstakingly constructed backtests using historical earnings data for the S&P 500 stocks. It worked for a while but then I shelved it around 2017 when it abruptly stopped working. I've seen other earnings systems also stopped working after 2017. Have you done backtests across a large stock universe?
