  2. The markets are much more democratic. Now you can open up a brokerage account with very low trading costs, powerful trading platforms and access to information.

You have equity options to provide powerful tools to hedge risk etc..

But in the end it is still up to the individual to make the best use of the tools made available.

Nice! I sold ES today at 45.25 because I just noticed that the HOD was 45.50.

Can you once, just once, post one of your trades in advance?

    :p :p

  4. " Commodities Trader and investor Tom Baldwin faces two felony counts of aggravated battery after he allegedly struck a motorist after a traffic altercation last month in Wilmette.

According to police and court documents, he got out of his car just after midnight at Lake Avenue and Ridge Road, opened the door of another stopped car and yelled, "What is your problem?" He then repeatedly punched 57-year-old Thomas A. Wingader, cutting the alleged victim's cheek and hands. A ring had to be sawed off a swollen finger.

Mr. Baldwin, 45, told an arresting officer, "I know it was stupid and I shouldn't have done it," but after he was transported to a holding cell, he denied that he had hit Mr. Wingader, according to a Wilmette Police Department report.

Mr. Baldwin, whose eyes were "glassy and bloodshot and speech was slightly slurred," according to the report, said the driver of the other vehicle had intentionally not allowed him to pass.

Reached at his office last week, Mr. Baldwin, who is free on $10,000 bond, said, "No comment." He awaits a March 7 court date in Skokie. Neither his attorney nor Mr. Wingader returned calls. .............."

the devil made him do it ..........:D

Well, I will share the fake story giveaways with you, so next time you can fix those and make the story more plausible:

    1. Why did it take 12 years for your "genius" son to recognize that if a strategy works in one market, it probably works in another one? It should have taken less than a few months, specially for a genius.

    2. Since you have been wealthy, why didn't you give that lousy 100K to your son a few years ago, instead of letting him saving like crazy? If you don't want to give freebies, you could have loaned it to him.

    3. If at 70 I still have to work my ass off (as you said in a post) I will consider my life a failure. You are either a workaholic or an idiot.

    4. Why do you need to move to Europe for monitoring a software, and even if for better hours one wants to, why can't you let your son go alone? I thought he was a fully grown genius.

    etc.etc.etc.

Here is my guess about you. You are either:

    1. Tom Baldwin.
    2. Some friend of his.
    3. Someone who is selling an automated system. (you managed to mention your son and his system just about in every other post)

Anyhow, good luck chasing the European tails!! :)
