I sense a rally in the market

135.80 just in seconds.

 

Now I believe big guys are playing this to shakes out weak hands. They are doing good job.

last 3 days are exactly same..unreal. i'm looking on IWM right now. the lines are f** identical and parallel to yesterday

 

The way I trade this market is I sell naked PUTs and Call on SPY (out of the money weekly) and I am also long YHOO by selling naked PUTs 16 and cashing more by selling naked 17 calls.

 

Europe closes, and the algos go into overdrive. Robots forget (or are unable to realize) that Europe will open again.

 

There is a strong chance that the global market would recover on Thursday (tomorrow) just because it has been down for many days and then US market will follow that when it opens. Based on this theory, many might get into to US market early (by close today) to be ahead of the game.

 

So that's what they were thinking the last three days, too?

 

No I did not say that. But there is a slight truth to that. Everyday that chance goes higher.

 

I had the same feeling this morning at 1340.

 

Going to bounce soon. Go long.
