  3. I am one inch shorter , 188. everything lifting is about the same but no way i could do 38 pull ups . I do 5x12 chin ups 60 sec apart, will try pull ups on Wednesday.

  4. Glad you mentioned wind resistance reminded me that i set the treadmill to a 2 degree incline when running. LOL, that makes my run time even more impressive than running flat track + air resistance. Thanks for the reminder :D

    38 pullups? i doubt you know the difference b/w a pullup and a kipup (nothing more than a circus act) No way you do 38 real pullups but have little doubt of your gymnastic ability on the highbar ROFL

  5. 1 6min mile is not hard. Now 2 miles in 12 min, thats a challenge.

  6. i run 3-5 miles/day and my time @ 2 mile mark is routinely under 13:30 :cool:

    i see 12 mins in my near future

  7. Going to train hard for the next month..then attempt to shave another 10 or 15 secs off my time. i'm interested in knowing just how fast i can become, i wonder can i get to 5 :eek:

    i'd LOVE to be able to say I can run a 5 min mile :cool:

    Seriously, running actually raises Gh and test! Often beyond weight training. Sitting around sedentary and overweight will trash your hormones surely willl. :cool:
