UPDATE: I'll be stepping my game up a bit ! In preperation for my "run" at a 4:59 mile (in a few weeks) flipping the switch on a 10K sports package simulation on my high-tech commercial grade treadmill, today after the market close. That's 6.2 miles for you deskjockeys here (plEASE NOTE THE SARCASM LOL) A grueling realistic 10K race sim package over varied terrain and inclines to 4.9%! YES you read that right...4.9% (LEVEL 6)! The pace set to 9 1/2 min per mile For those following you know i've been training @ a daily 3 to 5 mile brisk pace. 6+ miles over realistic RACE conditions is a novel experience for me but rest assured I will ramp up DA PAIN quickly over next few weeks. I can't do anything half-assed it's not my nature
my B/P 101/73, been trading all day! not even a blip;i'm gona live forever you phag weightlifters with BMI's into the 30's, whats yours? ps i'm a runner
retake: 106/67 whats yours, w/o meds? yourpopping statins ands B/P meds like their candy, haha you think health begins with your co pay
Your ignorance and willingness to make a fool out of yourself frankly astonishes me. I am really flabbergasted by your dumb statements. You should know that 4.9% incline is about 2.2 degrees angle. Just about anyone healthy can WALK at 9.5 min per mile pace . So put on your big shoes , red nose and get ready for the next kids party. Realistic RACE conditions ??? On the treadmill in air conditioned space ? Really ?
ps didn't i say i was taking it "easy" first time out ..this 10K race sim is new to me. didn't want to pull a hammy strait out no what i mean? BTW, mission accomplished! Definitely an easy run for me..8 hours from now i JUMP ING a lot of spots in between to a whopping 8 min per mile race pace! LEVEL 6. 10K RACE SIM! stay tuned!
Hombre, a 5% incline is damn harder than FLAT run. A DAM SIGHT HARDER! If you ever got off the couch you'd know that
