I report, you decide. Ethics (HAHA!) in Congress

In the last decade there have been 17 "major" ethical scandals involving members of Congress. 6 points to the Donkey, 11 points to the Elephant. (The dems can never win anything!).

You can take this however you want. Dems will spin it one way, Reps. will find some way to spin it too. My spin is that we just need to throw all the jackels out and start over. Of course the sophisticated in Washington would probably just consider me a redneck simpleton (voter), so it doesnt much matter what I think.

I read somewhere several years ago (no idea if it's true) that there more people under investigation for criminal activity or misconduct, being sued and a couple of other categories I've forgotten per capita in the US congress than anywhere else in the country.

    We desperately NEED term limits.

I saw that too, and its true in several other countries as well..which goes to show that the class of person who would like to be a politician is probably a powermongering, unethical scum..and as soon as he thinks he can get away with it he will try. Very sad.
