I have a trader in Hong Kong China. He has a FXCM account, and has been trading for years. He is a really good trader, has traded a hedge fund before, but thats all breaking up at the moment ( partners getting a divorce) Well, I have him a Prop deal with a BD in New York. Aparently there are regulartory issues in china where a RB and BD cant get paid in a prop deal. Has anyone been through this? How can i fix it and get paid? any ideas?
