I recieve the MB custom trading program. It is a realtick program sent by TAL.I have one live chart.The tabs on this chart window are DAILY-INTRADAY-SHORTLOOKUP-BROWSER-FUNDAMENTALS.The browser tab was never a real browser.It didnt have a browser toolbar.It opened on the TerranovaMB site and I could access the info there. Now.Last week some bright spark decided to send me a different page for this browser window.It now opens to a page that says MB Trading.It will not acept my username and I cannot access the site info. THE REAL PROBLEM.At the same time the SHORTLOOKUP stopped working.It now says "page cannot be found".This is inconvenient.I can get to shortlookup by way of IE but it is a lot slower. The guy I work through at MB sent me a file and I dropped it in the Parm folder and it replaced another file there and it didnt fix anything. Can anyone advise me how to get this problem corrected? Can anyone give info on how the MB-Terranova-TAL can of worms fit together?
