IB would seem best to trade via... but what Charting package has data from Europe? Tradestation, Esignal?.... here I am stuck can you even get foreign index data on Tradestation, I dont think there is a symbol
Esignal has a lot of non-us equity markets. Cross the Uk off your list as there is 0.5% tax on purchases. Use contract for differences from man/gni as no tax but financing costs.
