looked pretty real to me Bottom line is IF you want to run the Rat Race the best you can hope for is to be the fastest Rat. No thanks Thank GOD for trading
When i was in school, my roomie and i headed to the big apple to seek fame, chicks, the bizzare, and fortune.(in that order, unfortunately!) 2 hicks from western PA--driving a 1980 camaro that burned oil--- must have been quite the sight. we ventured into trump tower, went downstairs for lunch and were greeted by none other than the donald himself. after a brief chat, i went into the bookstore-purchased 'art of the deal' and requested that he sign it. he obliged, but right when his pen hit the paper, i requested that he sign it " to dave"-- he gave me a look of "don't you ever tell me what to do"--i'll never forget it, --- then laughed and signed "to dave". he is an ok guy in my book, since he took the time to chat with 2 hicks from western PA, driving a smoky camaro, wearing cheap suits and carrying phony leather briefcases. regards, surf
I went to one of those learning Annex presentations in April 2006. Trump was speaking. Here are his tidbits of wisdom: Not everyone is cut out to be an entrepreneur. Some have talent, some don't. 1. Gotta love what you do or failure. 2. Never quit 3. Stay Focused 4. Be paranoid. Watch your back. Watch the people who work for you. Make them respect you, not like you. 5. Keep your momentum. Know when your momentum is going down. 6. Go against the tide. Big money is madeif you're right. Know the trends. 7. Luck Some are lucky some aren't. People are prone to lose in business. You can help to create luck. The harder you work the luckier you get. He want on to talk about a banker he met at a dinner meeting he didn't want to go to. He ended up going, and this banker turned off the pressure back when Trump's empire was falling apart. it was just what he needed to turn around his business. 8. Get even. Hit em hard so they don't come back. 9. Always have a prenup.
I think the smartest thing he said was: Leaders are the people who handle pressure the best. If you don't like pressure don't become an entrepreneur.
I find this incredibly ironic given your glassy eyed devotion to Jack Hershey, the pied piper of trading on the internet. Where was Jack on the Forbes list?
And if Trump could command that much, imagine how much Jack Hershey could get!!! 10 times that? 100? 1,000?
