Confirmed that the NX limitations at IB are by account (1 per every 30 seconds) and NOT applied by firm.
For those of you that use NX elsewhere, is there something I'm missing about what should qualify? I thought that if the quote size is > 1, and the order was 1099 shares or less, it was supposed to be eligible unless it was a "fast market" (where the quote size is usually 1 anyway).
which begs the question- can a specialist see your account #, or just the firm your order is coming from?
