How do you judge what's a level - is it just something that was a daily high or low on a multi-day chart?

Thanks for the link - it seems to be discussing intraday levels though, and (perhaps wrongly) I had the impression you were looking at longer-term support & resistance levels. Just to clarify, what kind of timeframe are you looking at when you look for S/R levels then? Anyway, nice journal!
i am simply looking for previous days virgin POC's. For example Wednesdays POC is 116'30 - yesterday price never hit that level. The next time price visits 116'30 I will be a buyer. Once I know the level I don't really need a chart.
