Im wondering if there is a chance i can get it back? My account is under 25k, its a margin account and BSC was my 6th round trade in 4 business days. Since pattern Day trading rules didnt kick in can i get my money back? If they had kicked in, i would never have been able to buy BSC on friday at 36.63. I lost about 4k from a 5k account on BSC. Im in other positions now too, that will obviously be liquidated with a margin call tommorrow. I know some of you may think it unethical, but if BSC can screw us like that, I should be able to get through on a legal technicality right?
