Buffett understands this type of business...has credibility with everyone....

    -----------------------------------

How can you justify that type of statement? I do believe that Buffet has been a great Investor, his day has come and gone now. IMHO

  3. Of course they flew gulfstreams.

Any CEO type at this point flies a private jet to maximize THEIR efficiency, which they hold in high regard. You may not, but from their perspective it keeps them more efficient.

The autoworker bailout failure is a union and benefits busting ploy. Thanks UAW for supporting our candidate. Now, see ya! And this is being so blatantly massaged in the press for 'change management' its more than just a bit obvious. Bet the unions are going to be in for a rude surprise in this Dem administration.

Sorry guys (Wagoner et al.) . You are simply collateral damage.

The car business is a fairly simple operation.....

I did not say Buffett should invest in it....over see the re-structure..

Problem has been a complete lack of objectivity....

Buffett brings objectivity, brains, credibility and Chp 11 gives him the necessary tools....

Understand this: Without Chap 11 GM cannot survive longterm
