  3. it's not life and death that you tell me. But hey, anything for you to be able to continue this thread where everyone can see begging for eyeballs to your website.

You asked me if I got a "thin letter" from Wharton. I did not apply. I did goto a top 5 business school and a top 5 undergraduate school according to the US News annual survey.

I acknowledge that Wharton is a top school, so good work there.

  5. mr. market,

you're so proud of Wharton, why not tell us where you went to college? Obviously Wharton speaks for itself. So why not disclose your undergrad?

  6. Isn't it a tad elitist to focus on where someone went to school rather than on the person himself and what he has done since his formal education? While it is certainly an accomplishment to complete a degree at a top school, I was under the impression that dwelling on the past is the domain of those who feel that life has passed them by.

  7. This is a valid question for mr. market to answer. He quickly told everyone he went to Wharton, and all I ask him now is where he went to undergraduate school, since he is so proud of his education.

  10. Your statement is incorrect. Let me ask you this....if what you say is true, how come people who went to "the school of hard knocks", and then become "accomplished", want their children to attend top universities?
