I don't think you can. I think old messages can be deleted but I don't think they can be edited and you can't add a message in non-chronological order. As a result, all of my stock picks are time stamped and recorded for prosperity. Frequently, members from my group retrieve old messages in order to heap more praise on me.
Im talking about you accoutn trading statement...doesn't matter anyone...you proved your point at least temporarily....what is the overall Profit/loss in terms of actual $$ not %??
This thread has made me laugh out loud so many times the guys around me think I'm watching the "star wars dork" again. Mr. Market is HUGE. Guys like him are why I so enjoyed the year I lived in Lindenhurst. But Mr. Market is not a trader in the strictest since, as rolegario succinctly described a pure trader's approach. Mr. Market, please never go away, and put more of your Florida vacation pics on the site. But you would probably get much less grief on this board if you would do 2 things: 1. Understand that to a trader, a position that is against you is a loser, regardless of whether or not you have closed it out. Saying you are on a 17 win streak with a half dozen (open) losers will not make you friends with this sour crowd. 2. More pics, fewer Wharton references.
Great post....the grief I can handle..That's what makes it fun. Actually I find almost everything on here amusing, including the pathetic posters who take life so seriously. I'm happy to stick around but there are 2 areas that are out of bounds: 1. Questioning my integrity or ethics. 2. Verbal insults about my family. I enjoy the banter on here. However, any violation of the aforementioned 2 criteria will send me away.
