No, I am going to take the rest of the month off. I am stressed out and feeling like 2007...that weird feeling like I am going to lose. I did place an "order" to get $54,545.52 The BOSS (wife) order it. So next month I will start with $25k
i read your first post, let's assume you are great at seeing the large picture and your mind doesnt catch the small stuff, but hitting the big stufff pays well, with proper stops, maybe you should avg 1 trade a month
Thanks for posting the wow statement, it's great to see such things are possible -- and congratulations on your trade !! At 600,000 contracts, does that mean your profit and loss was moving at $60 / pip? It also looks like the price went against you to around 132.20, which I estimate means at one point you were down around $6000?
Compulsive loves trading! That is the coolest thing, even with the stress and all, I admire a person that can keep at doing what they want to... Personally I hate stress, I fight people back bigtime that bully me or cause stress and I sleep well every night.. I've traded and researched trading since 1980's and everything I did all those years was directed towards trading with no stress, continually simplifying things and learning.. nowadays I get up every morning knowing how the casino owner feels plus I have the thrill that the guy at the roulette wheel has when he's on a bit of a roll.. I've had ALL sorts of jobs, Tow Truck, Technician, Restaurant, Engineer, Supervisor, Salesman, nothing beats trading!! I saw really good advice for Compulsive in this thread, to focus on his own style, the part that he does well. I hope you keep on doing well there Compulsive! Your wife is right to get some of the $ out for the family to use, she's your life advisor and probably a good one too!
Damn. I've been trading for a year. I started with a $5,000 account which now stands at $25,000. I can say that I'm getting bored. Thanks for the warning.
