if you know Don Miller, which i assume you do not, its multiple time frames. My traded time frame is 3 min, i also at the same time look at the 1 and 13 min. I use the 1 min to fine tune my entry/exit points, and the 13 min to give me the general direction of the trend.
I don't know him personally, but I do have a pretty good grasp of his style. I had noticed that you had 6 trades by 8:13am this morning and it didn't seem like there was that many trades in the 3-min time frame... So I thought you were using 1-min entries. I didn't realize that Don Miller fine tuned his 3-min entry/exit points with the 1-min chart...
If you have his course, than go over it again, he uses 3 time frames at all times. The market is not open at 8:13 am, most of my trades take between 10 am to 11 am, and 2:30 to 4 pm EST.
