Well now, 7pm no sleep, busy day, and I feel basically as I would have before my 40s, perfectly OK. I have taken lots of amphetamine at raves back in the day but this minimal dose, slow release pharmaceutical stuff is a very different experience. Beyond Trump, it explains revivals of energy in 60+year old CEOs that made me think they were a bit superhuman. Back then I put it down to them being seriously old school tough, but I wasn't convinced micronapping was that effective for them.
Not a full night's sleep again but maybe four hours with a Melatonin. I'm a little loathed to take the third one but I need to see how I adjust. It seems to be improving though I think 50mg is plenty for me. These only come in 100mg gel caps that can't be split. My tinnitus is back to a normal level. Overall though, Trump's energy source is pretty obvious, it's just these pills propping him up I feel certain. I didn't expect it to feel this boom without a lot of bust. I should be very weary, some exhaustion nausea but none of that.
Well I have seen enough to make an appointment to get some Ritalin or similar. These are actually controlled in Colombia and though I have contacts from drug buying for the hospice, I will see a specialist. Modafinil is good for energy, possibly mood but no creative boost, seems studies agree most find this.
Exactly Why would Atlantic spend so much time posting memes on 40 different threads Plus he loves to talk about prison, I am thinking he is incarcerated
The doctor explains how there is overlap between ADHD and dementia in Trump. Two sets of symptoms running in parallel. He also discussed clear evidence of him using ADHD meds for the 3rd 2016 debate (and some speculating about whether Biden was this year). His cultists? "Nuh huh!"
Glad to stop testing modafinil today after another difficult night but I did get more sleep. I see why Trump's White House staff were also munching Xanax. Melatonin does dampen excess wakefullness without a druggy hangover but many would want something more powerful (a bad thing). Last night I read a bit about ADHD and parenting. "There is a relationship between authoritarian parenting and ADHD in children, with studies showing that children with ADHD are more likely to have experienced authoritarian parenting." While not cognizant of ADHD, I always did my best to be an "authorative" and not authoratarian father. I was fortunate to have a good example in my own parents that was built on deep respect and trust, with clear boundaries that distinguished them as protectors and guides rather than peers/friends. That said, my daughter developed it but a good natured version. I think that it's fairly nature based. Trump didn't have that tempering. He was handed over to the nanny for several years as a baby by his mother. His father, always busy and not adverse to throwing scorn at his children.
