Open up a "Prop shop" where I set up a bunch of machines that operate like a game but for trading forex. You can go to my place and get on one of he machines, slide your money in the cash slot (5/10/20 etc.. bills) And you can trade forex. if you bust, you can insert more cash or slide your credit card for credit. All it would take is some software guys to build a fun trading platform and guys to put it together in a slot machine style case. But it is not gambling, its technically investing and you can advertise that losses are tax deductible unlike casinos which only deduct from winnings. Would this be legal??
That is a good idea. Like slots in bars or off track betting. Hotels might have comped access to one in their lobby. Why restrict it to Forex?
Laws for forex are pretty loose making it a prime candidate for opening up these fun bucketshops. That is why you see a billion adds for Forex trading on the web and TV.
