I find regular exercise to be a great stress reliever. I swim several times a week and it really helps to alleviate any tension.

  4. 1. Dart .. really like this idea, but then you have to go to bar and be tempted to drink!!

    2. Hitting golf balls, an excellent idea, too bad it is so damm cold still.

    3. Sex.... well usually when you are stressed out, you aren't really in a mood to make love, some quickies maybe, but then again you have to be a considerate partner, you can't just demand sex, just because you had a bad day!! Can you?

    4. Regular exercise, I think this is the answer too. Thinking about joining a Tae Kwon Do club, if they didn't cost an arm and a leg, but I definitely have to exercise more!! Getting to the point where I'm looking like an IHOP pancake with a lot of syrup in the midsection lol. yuck!

    5. What about the ladies in the community? What do you do? Talk about your trading in depth with your girl friends???

    6. I think a very effective way is to get a massage every other week to keep your body limber and such. Still cost a lot of money though if you want somebody professional and good looking.

    7. What about comedy club!! Haven't been to one in ages, there you go, I will do that next time I had a bad day!!

    Tx people!!

    Stock,

I dont have any "grail" type advice for you to make a mil, but i will say that the sooner you stop focusing on the money aspect of the game the sooner it will start flowing into your account...

    Good luck to you,

  6. Took a big step backward today in the pursuit of my dream.

    MY biggest losing day ever.

    What did I do?
I did not get over the emotion of letting go of my losers. Absoultely convinced that my stock was going to work but it didn't.

Totally lack of displine today. But what can I do? I am not going to get depressed about this.

As I said before BABE RUTH struck out more than anyone in the league and he was the best in the league.

My inspiration, my motivation, I will make back my money soon enough.

The more I lose the more I will learn.

  7. I would see that as a big step forward. My biggest learning experiences are from losing day's/trades. The bigger the loss, the more I am forced to look at myself in the mirror and do some self evaluation. It's not a good feeling (losing), but it is part of the learning process and one more building block to the future.

  8. Since you know where you went wrong and learned from the experience, is that not a step forward?

  10. Has anybody ever read William Gann's techniques on stock trading? I haven't read the book before and I am wondering if it is worth the read. If anybody has read it, can you tell me if there is any success in trading using his charting techniques?

    Thanks!
