I have $100 on Oanda. I want to lose it or double it as quickly as possible.

Add $50 it and get a okay hooker, good plan, thinks about empying my account while it's still there, got 17 hookers left for 1 hour each here.

I remember, when I always used to talk in hookers, back when I had money to blow and I did, on hookers :)

$150 for a hooker? A decent one? Not a bad deal.

In the uk, £120 per hour for a pretty hot 1, so I hear :)

Prefer swingers club, £50 for 9pm till 1am.

  4. No. You guess where the market will settle after the news event and open the position before the news event. After the event is over you close the trade, win or lose.

Unless you have inside info, isn't that gambling?

  6. No more so than straddling the market with orders. You'd almost certainly be whipsawed by both orders getting filled and getting stopped out.
OP said he wanted to double his $100, I assume quickly. That's gambling.

  7. Since you don't care if you lose it or double it here is a surefire way to lose it in 3 easy steps.

    1. Take any position at your max leverage.
    2. If you should get a quick profit take it immediately and enter another position, any position.
    3. If you should get a quick loss don't close it out but let it ride until you can break even on the trade then close it out. Then enter another position, any position.

This is guaranteed to lose your $100 very quickly.

Good luck with the gig. I tried it with $300, managed to get it to $3k but I was aiming for $200k. I did have a good streak but it ended too early. Guys, he is just doing it for fun, its harmless.

Did the 3K end up at 0?
