I hate those trend days.

No retracements to enter and I don't trust the breakouts.

 

I just had several good retracement setups. What time period are you using?

 

Too bad, you just missed 9 pts on the way down...

 

I see what you mean(slingshot?), the nq didn't retrace at all, i took a little piece of that down move..grrr

 

9 pts in ES..., that's my target.

Yea, I noticed the people on the Ensign web site call them
slingshots. I've always called them retracements or pullbacks.

 

I got several trades on SPY today. Using SMA crosses which is my usual strategy. I love trending days. Or flat days or any old day that happens to come my way.

 

Okay, just leave and take the rest of the day off now, like me.
