I hate myself bcos I just can't followed my plan
I back-tested my method, theoretically it make money but go to real time trading...my got damn f**king results!!! I sometimes will take the opposite signals....Got mad about myself!!!

Make a mechanical system out of your plan, many around here do that.

 

You can give your system to a broker and have them trade it for you.

Anybody has the same problem like me?
