You have some HOPE pie in the sky algo system you hope will make money. PERIOD!!! I am BEYOND confused why you people do not understand this!!! I understand what you are saying in THEORY and books and common sense stuff. Man, forget that trading theory Bull Crap. I honestly think a lot of ET members, forget what they suppose to be doing. MAKING MONEY!!!!! NOT PROVING TRADING THEORY right or wrong. TRADING THEORIES pay NO bills!!!! And the people who made up the trading theories, pay no bills and give NOBODY no money to fund their trading accounts. SO FUCK TRADING THEORIES Algo systems building is a waste of time for the day trader who NEEDs money. It is better to click. If an Algorithmic Trading system can not make money month to month for the past +10 years and scale to $1million per year/month, the Algorithmic trading system is TRASH!!!!!

Good Evening DarkerthanDarc, Great question. I started building trading algos with a friend of mine about 5 years ago. We both traded together and wanted to program and back test trading ideas we thought would make money. I have programmed over 300 trading ideas. Some worked, some did not. The problem with depending on trading algos to make you rich, is you do not have enough money and time find something that works day to day or week to week or month to month or year to year. It is a complete waste of time and energy. Easier to click No, Mark Brown did not advise me to program trading algos. Mark Brown is a great guy/trader to talk to about trading the ES Futures Market. He know what he is talking about.
Hello DarkerthanDarc, Great, yes Mark Brown is my mentor, he has great advice on trading ES futures. So does Volpri. Volpri is my mentor as well. I have another buddy who is an ES Futures Master, but he is not on internet and trading forums, he does not like talking other traders. He is actually a better clicker than me. It is good to talk to traders who know what they are talking about to get rich quickly. If you are not clicking 1 to 8 hours a day in ES futures, you are wasting time and you will never in a million years get rich in Futures. It is just impossible.
