We will see what Mueller reports and take it from there. As far as attempting to overthrow a “lawfully elected” president, we’ll see about that, too.

Judge orders former aide of Trump ally Roger Stone to appear before Mueller grand jury

A federal judge ruled Thursday that a former aide to Trump ally Roger Stone must testify before special counsel Robert Mueller’s grand jury, according to the Washington Post.

Andrew Miller received a subpoena to appear before the grand jury earlier this year. Miller’s attorney had tried to block the subpoena, arguing that the Mueller probe was unconstitutional, but Chief Judge Beryl Howell ordered Miller to “appear before the grand jury to provide testimony at the earliest date available.”

Miller worked for Stone around the time of the Republican National Convention in 2016, according to the New York Times.

“We’re disappointed with the court’s ruling,” Miller’s attorney Paul Kamenar told the Washington Post. “But the judge obviously took our challenge to Mueller’s constitutionality seriously as evidenced by the 93-page opinion.”

Mueller has also subpoenaed “Manhattan madam” Kristin Davis, who worked with Stone. Davis reportedly had “numerous interactions” with Miller as well.

  8. Nope. We will see what he does not just what he reports.

Convictions on Trump or he is total failure. We have played the little game of how Mueller is going to get trump and convict him on all sorts of shiite for over a year. I have said that in the end he cannot deliver on that- he can only try to cobble together witch hunt convictions on side players and try to pretend that that is the equivalent of making the big kill.

No. Time to deliver. And indictment alone does not count. Let's see the convictions or let history show that he could not do the deed. No pussy excuses.

You seem to be riled up on this. I hate to disappoint you but the consensus is Mueller will not seek to indict a sitting president and will take the company line from the junk memo written in the 1970s. Rosenstein theoretically has the power to pursue indictment if Mueller finds and reports chargeable crimes but he doesn’t strike me as the brave type.

You never know though and we must never find ourselves beyond surprise.

  10. Sorry but that crab walk is not going to work. The prohibition against indicting a sitting president was well known and well discussed from the beginning, and there was a blizzard of posts from the tards here - along with all the media matters type links- about how Trump was going to be indicted and convicted. Now that we are getting to the do the deed or not phase of the investigation and Meuller can't get it up, you and your ilk are asserting that - oh shoot, everyone has always known that the DOJ rules prohibit indicting a sitting president.

Let's see the indictment and the conviction too. If Meuller can't do the deed then let's expose that. If he can, well let's get going.

As I said for months to you and others "Mueller will be the big swinging dick with Trump until the defense team shows up." Then he will move over to the lower tier witch hunt victims and try to cobble chickenshit crimes together to make it look like he has accomplished something.

So far.....he is right on schedule. If Trump volunteers to show up for the perjury trap then that will be a gift from the gods for Mueller. And then there is the predictable bit where at some point Mueller conclude and make recommendations for future indictments or actions by dumping them on to the DOJ or the regional FBI offices. So that he gets the credit for identifying them but someone else gets stuck with all the legal problems with trying to prosecute them. Yeh, because that's how chickenshit pussies like Mueller roll.
