More regs are as good as a tax break to efficient companies, tax breaks just give weak companies free money. This is a flash in the pan, feel good move however justifies bonus payments. The numbers show the Dems have the same or better growth than cons, they heal the economy after the GOP wrecks it and GOP knows it needs them to do this.
