Larger Wires do require a confirm to protect your account. We have staff members that speak Spanish and Chinese. That is why I asked what is your native language?
yes, but for large wire transfers interactive brokers may require a confirm call to avoid any liability. (What is large withdrawal ? More than 10.000 ? More than 100.000 ? More than 50% account size ? Maybe for security reasons they not give a objective definition)
Then find a broker that speaks French! Do they not have brokers in France? Good grief! How hard can it be!
I understand brokers want protect accounts, but call verification is a poor security feature in my opinion.
Most Europe brokers are trash without features like extended trading hours, otc markets or direct routing
