I know about Irwin Schiff. He claims the IRS acts unconstitutionall. No idea if such a claim is true. I haven't read the US constitution.
He actually did say that in the bible to his disciples when they were talking about paying the temple tax, but then he told them to pay it anyway so as not to offend anyone.
The Income Tax was declared Unconstitutional by the Supreme Court but later upheld BY A LOWER COURT so it's all good...
