Not exactly self moderation. I think. I can block a specific poster in my own thread, but I cannot change a poster's contents at any time after his posting. I guess. If I don't like most posters in a thread of mine and block them, the thread will end up having only one single poster - me myself alone! lol In other words, I block myself! lol Just 2 cents!
. I have always sought out and found mentors that have proven histories in whatever they are doing-- It's not hard to find and work with, befriend these folks-- no need for the phony bogus assclowns. ALWAYS look for evidence when seeking a mentor-- the anonymous mentors on this board RUN whenever any questions are asked-- LOL LOL LOL cat calling the kettle black. ie I dont think it would be wise...
Drownpruf, sure. But Maverick? Can't you just buy Fisher's book and DIY without all the verbiage? Not that I liked the book all that much or found it personally useful, but it reportedly serves some people well here at ET. So who am I to argue?
And if one isn't interested, why post to the thread? Much less go on and on and on about how everyone is wasting their time (if they are) and how useless it is (if it is) and how the true path may be found elsewhere (if it can). If there were nothing to it and people made no money off of it, nobody would be posting to it.
No, but he attached himself to the ACD method developed by Fisher and explained in his book. The book is a fraction of the length of the ACD thread and more lucid. Just saying. But it was just an off-the-cuff remark. Do as you will.
Actually, there are multiple clandestine "vendors" participating in this thread - including the OP. I just choose to make myself known legitimately and pay for the privilege.
Well, I'm not sure that's always necessarily the case, but I get your point. And for whatever reason, your analogy of playing chess with a pigeon comes to mind...
You also make posts of value, even though I don't always agree with what you say. Some other vendors, on the other hand . . .
